Voting for the Common Good: A Practical Guide for Conscientious Catholics provides students with a comprehensive view of the principles of Catholic Social Teaching, three principles of Catholic voting, and an election day checklist. The Guide was produced by Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good, a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the fullness of the Catholic Social Tradition in the public square.

The Your Vote Your Voice Project sponsored by the Washington Higher Education Secretariat, of which the AJCU is a member, encourages students to vote as an exercise in responsible citizenship. Voting for the Common Good complements that effort with special reference to responsible citizenship for young Catholics.
